| Want to use your existing preferred suppliers? You can restrict your requests so
that only suppliers you invite as members onto your panels can respond. It provides
a much easier way to access all your preferred suppliers, give them a chance to
quote for your opportunities and ensure you have centralised reporting and governance
around your sourcing process. |
It’s smart, easy to use and you stay in control. To
create and access your own panels:
- Create your own preferred supplier panels:
The preferred supplier panel wizard helps you create panels quickly and easily.
- Invite your supplier network to join:
Enter the suppliers names and emails that you want to be invited to a panel.
That’s it. The system sends automated invitations, manages the acceptance process
and enables suppliers to sign in and manage their own profile.
- Share these panels with colleagues:
If your colleagues or staff require access to this panel, share it with them!
It’s very simple. Once your panel is setup, select the share option, enter their
email addresses and that’s it! They can read panel details and see member details
but they cannot edit or change the panel. You as the panel owner are the only one
who can do this. It’s a smart and easy way to share access to your preferred suppliers.
- Get quotes just from panel members:
Once your panels members have accepted, you can post requests that only those
panel members can view and respond to. You just create a request as you normally
would, and when it asks "who can respond", select your panels.
